This immersive program helps practitioners in many dimensions including personal healing and advanced self-awareness; the cultivation of intuition, embodied learning and somatic grounding practices; and evolving and balancing the inner facts of your feminine and masculine energy.
Lynda teaches a unique method “energy basics” – a daily practice to manage your energy field, release energetic absorption from others, regather aspects of your own system that may have been drained, and reach new levels of vibrancy and effectiveness.
Involving highly experiential group process work, after introducing the basics, she will skilfully guide you through advanced energy paradigms – including deep work on the nuance of feminine and masculine energy and Reichian somatic defense patterns (the gifts and the shadows of the pattern you carry).
You will gain:
- A strong sense of being at home within yourself
- The ability to call on support from higher realms, including your ancestor
- Skillful recognition of the defensive patterns and learn how to respond to these when they disrupt group processes
- A chance to read the subtler dimensions of the group field which amplifies your capacities as a transformational practitioner.
This program sensitizes facilitators and coaches to track somatic information on the stage of group development and levels of psychological safety while, at the same time, releasing our own triggers.
Each graduating cohort has confirmed that this 10-day masterclass has proven radically effective professionally – as practitioners who coach others and facilitate workshops and personally – in enriching your relationships with yourself and all those around you.
This program is designed for those who have already done extensive psycho-spiritual work and are now prepared to study subtle energetic principles. No matter how familiar you are with energy work, you will enlarge your skill set during this intensive course.

The Instructor
LYNDA CAESARA, Master Transformational Faculty
Lynda brings decades of experience teaching and guiding students in energy mastery through rituals, courses and workshops. She is passionate about energy work & electromagnetic principles, the dance of Masculine and Feminine, and energetic mastery. In the 1970s, she attended Berkeley Psychic Institute and attended and taught at Heartsong Psychic Institute. In addition to these programs, she has studied Christian Mysticism and Shamanic Healing. She has been doing bodywork since 1975, and views energy through that highly practical lens. Since 2001 she has been teaching her own unique perspective in the Energy Class format, founding and leading an energy path for hundreds of students.
