OPEN ENROLLMENT CORPORATE INTENSIVES

Several times a year Mobius Executive Leadership sponsors open enrollment Intensives where representatives from many businesses join together to develop their leadership capabilities. A maximum of eight participants move through the Intensive program together to allow for group learning experiences, paired exercises, and building peer coaching capacity. Group work is interspersed with individual health and wellness consultations, which are offered in a private, one-on-one setting.

The cost per participant for an Open Enrollment Intensive is $4000, covering the Intensive as well as the extensive diagnostic pre-work and client reference interviews done in advance of attendance. In addition, we highly recommend that participants enroll in bi-weekly follow-up coaching sessions for the six months immediately following the Intensive to ensure sustainable change ($4000). The total cost of the package is $8000, with group discounts available for a company sending three or more employees through the program.

PRIVATE INTENSIVES

For senior executives wishing to arrange a private Intensive working individually with the Mobius faculty, a six-month Mobius Executive Leadership package can be arranged. The fee for this confidential and highly customized program is $15,000, which includes the cost of the Intensive itself as well as extensive pre-work and interviews of client references ($11,000). In addition, the package includes bi-weekly follow-up coaching sessions for the six months immediately following the Intensive ($4,000). We highly recommend this coaching to ensure sustainable change.

ANCILLARY FEES AND SCHEDULING

You are responsible for arranging travel to and from the program. In addition to the above-mentioned fees, participants should anticipate costs for room and board of approximately $315 per night, depending on seasonal rate changes at the Center.

In scheduling your program, please allow two months for advance pre-work and interview time.

INTENSIVE SITE

All Mobius programs are held at the Center for Executive Education at Babson College in Wellesley Hills, Mass. The Babson Executive Conference Center is an award-winning facility, located on the College’s peaceful, wooded campus in Wellesley, Massachusetts, just 20 minutes from downtown Boston. The Center combines state-of-the-art executive conference facilities with congenial, comfortable surroundings to enhance your learning experience.
