Affiliation with Global Negotiation Insight Institute
We draw many of our ideas and tools from our close affiliate, the Global Negotiation Insight Institute, an applied research center which is iterating new thinking and practice in mindsets, ethics and personal character. In its research, theory building and educational programs, the Global Negotiation Insight Institute (GNII) makes links between perennial wisdom (drawing on the world's ethical, philosophical and spiritual traditions) and best practices in negotiation and dispute resolution. GNII builds on the scholarship of the Program on Negotiation at the Harvard Law School, the flagship think tank on negotiation and conflict resolution globally.

Our Services
Mobius Executive Leadership offers Organizational Evolution and Change Management consultancies and Executive Education and Leadership Initiatives. We also offer trainings in relationship skills, communication, negotiation and conflict resolution. Our programs also include mind/body renewal offerings, culture building initiatives and executive coaching. Our services are highly customized to fit a client context and usually involve embedding programs in an organization over time.

Our unique suite of four leadership courses offer cutting edge curriculum for developing personal mastery and relationship skills. These experiential courses focus on all four domains of executive development: thinking, feeling, doing and being. Our Selection Criteria

  • Professional Accreditation as a Master Certified Coach through the International Coaches Federation;
  • Senior Level Experience as exemplified by five or more years of experience working in corporate organizations as an internal or external coach to managers, vice presidents and above and/or
  • Five or more years of experience in leadership development, transformational leadership development or human resources senior role in the arenas of talent management, learning and development or organizational development.
